Our delicate little people can play in a soft play kids environment without the hustle and bustle of bigger boys and girls (innocently) trampling all over them! Yes mamas, Little Explorers Junior is a very cute, new and shiny play space created specifically for kids aged 6 months to 3 years. (Although it’s particularly perfect for the littles).
The space is delightfully colourful, very well laid out, plenty big enough for teeny tots and above all – clean – a mamas dream! Oh and the piece de resistance Mama’s – there are baby changing facilities in both the male and female bathrooms!!!! – Is this a first, Dubai? Great for all those Sassy dads!
Perfectly positioned near Carrefour, mamas can take advantage of the Little Explorers Junior “drop and shop” service and leave their precious peeps to be cared for by fully trained and mega friendly staff and get through grocery shopping without the kids in tow.
The space is divided into various zones, a cute arts and crafts area themed with mother’s day goodies for March, a soft play ball pond filled with multicoloured balls of different shapes and textures – perfect to get all the kiddies senses going and a built in activity wall to add a little challenge for the more inquisitive minds! A soft drawbridge was the highlight for our little ones who enjoyed walking back and forth over the slightly raised bridge from one end of the ball pond to the other, full of giggles when the balls caused her to wobble over – totally bump, injury and whinge free of course!
There’s also a lovely wooden play house kinda like a mini ski chalet with a slide to exit the house on one side – (steep enough for a little thrill but not too crazy for little ones who are only just getting comfortable with the whole sliding business) and a cute hand crafted wooden kitchen area, complete with sink, oven, pots, pans, plates and food for all your mini chefs to get stuck into.
The rest of the space is filled with soft mats, ride on cars, bikes, train sets and safari animals which the kids particularly liked – (especially when mama let out her best “ROAAAAR” much to everyone’s amusement!).
Sassy Mama LOVES Little Explorers Junior – if you have children under 3 it’s a must visit! And of course being able to pop to the shops (for food of course) hassle free while knowing that our little ones are having fun too is a winning combo!
