A brand new and brilliant nursery has just opened up on a quiet neighborhood street in Al Barsha South, offering a friendly environment for toddlers who are ready to step out of the house and into the world. Bright Sparks Early Learning Centre is a family-founded nursery located in a beautifully decorated villa with a homey feel looking forward to welcoming your 2-4 year olds.
Bright Sparks ELC follows the EYFS curriculum but also implements elements from the popular and child-led Montessori program; we all know how important it is for children to take an active part in their own learning process (no fun= no way). Language development is at the core of what these guys do and daily Arabic lessons as well as French twice a week will be part of the curriculum. They even have their very own in-house language and speech therapist to help make sure your child gets the attention he or she needs to becomes the talk(er) of the town AND full-time Occupational Therapists who will support your kiddos educational journey and skills.
And since it is a brand new nursery, the facilities are absolutely amazing. We’re talking library, media corner, sensory area, large indoor (and outdoor) play area with climbing wall (!), technology zone and more. We are impressed- and think you will be too.
But… as important as the environment is, we all want to know what our little ones get to experience and do while away from home. Bright Sparks ELC really have taken the one-on-one attention to a whole new level. All children who attend will meet the school’s aforementioned occupational therapist every day in their classroom to help them develop important cognitive, social/emotional as well as motor skills. And children who might need a bit of extra attention to get to where they need to be will either get 1:1 therapy or join a group of like-leveled petit peers and hit the sensory room for some extra practice (and fun)! Because Bright Sparks ELC is an inclusive school where nobody gets left behind. We like.
Several times per week, kiddies attending the nursery will also be able to enjoy Bright Spark’s shiny new and seriously cool Interactive Centre, focused on educational games disguised in creative forms – from music and movement and soft gym play, to obstacle courses and gross motor play and much much more.
Half day, full day, every other day or a week of full attendance- up to you! They even offer early bird drop off for early risers or busy parents, thank you very much…
