Looking for some tips on parenting and well-being of your children, mama? Well, let’s hear it from the expert! In celebration and support of Brain Awareness Week, The Brain and Learning are hosting a free talk by Mr. Douglas Russell, Lecturer in Psychology and Education from Middlesex University. Don’t miss out Mr. Douglas Russell’s top 5 tips for how to support holistic development in your kiddies, plus “iLove my iPad”, a topic focuses on guidelines and findings from numerous studies about the effects of screen devices on children’s learning and development. The School & Nursery Show is back and bigger than ever before and is one of the best ways to navigate this mega important decision! Italian Mina Beach Festival
Ciao, mama! Le Meridien Mina Seyahi’s amphitheatre is turning into a Mediterranean haven for lovers of Italian cuisine and culture. With an afternoon promising the opportunity to sample the best in traditional cuisine and a host of artisanal products directly from Italy amongst the seaside ambience and sunshine, there’s no better way to finish your week! Expect mouth-watering traditional Italian favourites from Italian cold cuts to cheeses, risotto, pizzas, pastas and BBQ meats to classic Gelato, making this the biggest and best Italian food festival seen in Dubai. Urban Yoga X Talise Fitness Rooftop Yoga
Calling all Dubai yogis! The monthly Urban Yoga Rooftop Yoga is back for a new season in partnership with Talise Fitness. Unwind as you enjoy the 90-minute yoga class taken by the yoga instructors of Urban Yoga while overlooking the shimmering lights of Dubai and nearby DIFC. This month’s session will be guided by Lululemon Ambassador and Urban Yoga resident yogi Omar Sultani – RSVP to save a spot!
