Saddle up mamas, this is a spinning class with a difference – the New York Fly Wheel phenomenon has arrived in Dubai and indoor cycling has been kicked up a notch. Riders spin, sweat, and sway to pulsating music for 45 or 60 minute classes while screens at the front of the room display each cyclists results so that you can keep track of how you’re doing while comparing yourself to others (good for the competitive amongst us!) A real favourite amongst Jumeirah and JLT mamas, Real Pilates offers both reformer and mat classes. The instructors are all very lovely, STOTT Pilates certified and ultra-knowledgeable – taking time to explain the movements and their benefits. Pre and Post-natal reformer classes with Liz or Elisha are a refreshing change from the usual mat-based options at other studios and give you that much needed stretch.
