Saddle up mamas, this is a spinning class with a difference – the New York Fly Wheel phenomenon has arrived in Dubai and indoor cycling has been kicked up a notch. Riders spin, sweat, and sway to pulsating music for 45 or 60 minute classes while screens at the front of the room display each cyclists results so that you can keep track of how you’re doing while comparing yourself to others (good for the competitive amongst us!) Your personal achievements are also available to view after the class, through an online account that can be accessed with a password provided by the studio.
