We all know that feeling when we want that much-needed massage. But did you know babies need massages too? International Association of Infant Massage and BabyCalm curriculums are hosting a lovely 5-week baby massage class for mums and babies from birth to crawling. You will learn a full body massage for baby plus yoga-based gentle movements, plus get out of the house with your little one and meet other new mums in a warm, supportive and relaxed atmosphere.
Each week you will get involved in discussions about common baby topics such as sleeping, crying, parenting beliefs, adjusting to motherhood, stress and stress relief for mums and babies, and baby wearing. By the end of the course you’ll become the masseuse in your home!
