Ready for a spot of afternoon tea, mamas? Chef Claire Clark’s going to be heading over to Anantara The Palm to help teach you how to create amazing cakes and desserts that’ll have you wowing at your next dinner party, as well as helping you up your culinary game. You’ll also be able to settle down for a twist on a traditional British afternoon tea, all made by Claire herself, and the menu looks incredible (red velvet domes, blueberry and violet eclairs and edible flowers… count us in!). She’ll also be doing a live demonstration on the 10th April.
Time: 12pm – 1:30pm for master class, 3pm-5pm for afternoon tea
