We are determined to keep up with the Dubai Fitness Challenge and do our bit during these 30 days. From simple runs to beach carnivals the fitness challenge is packed with options for someone needing motivation when starting out on their fitness journey to someone advanced in their training.
This weekend pack your beach kit and head over to the beach, as the Dubai Fitness Challenge Carnival takes over Kite Beach. Next to the sea and a chance to get the whole family active, it is two days of activities, classes, and competitions.
Making live appearances at both days of the event will be fitness instructor and online star Cassey Ho – her YouTube channel, Blogilates, has nearly 4 million subscribers (wow!). The fun starts early on the Friday, with the Dubai Mass Swim kicking off at 7:30am, and the main carnival starts at 1pm.
