Now how about this for a change in your fitness regimen: FitRepublik are doing an awesome moonlight yoga class and you’re invited! This free public event held in the great outdoors is the perfect way to unwind as you stretch and bend underneath a starry sky with grass underfoot. If that doesn’t sound like utter bliss, we don’t know what does.
This three hour session is actually being held in support of World Autism Day and they’ll have a donation box to help raise funds for Autism Schools here in Dubai. Don’t forget to bring your mats mamas and grab a few free nibbles/drinks as well!
