The ‘Underwater Yoga’ Retreat, will be an experience to look forward to for all yoga enthusiasts. It will be a one-hour long yoga session, led by expert Yogis from Downtown Dubai’s innovative Piloga studio.
On Feb 17, the session of ‘Healing with Sound ’ in a slow hatha flow class, followed on Saturday, February 24 with an exploration of the significance of touch and working in tandem as you stretch your way to a clearer mind in the Partner Up session. March 3 brings a fun vinyasa flow ‘Discovering your Sight’ session which challenges your balance by taking vision out of the equation, whilst the final class on Saturday, March 10 will invigorate your Sense of Smell, with fragrant scents provided by doTerra Essential Oils.
