Let’s face it, mamas, we’re nearing the end of Jan and those new year resolutions seem even blurrier than they did the morning after we made them. It’s easy to find ourselves recycling goals: “eat well”, “get fit”, “save up”, “be happy” (yup, those sound pretty familiar…) but not actually achieving any of them.
We want to make sure 2016 is packed with productivity so we’re VERY excited that life coaches Federica and Silvia, founders of Hummingbird Lifestyle and Coaching, are here to help! With families of their own, these two entrepreneur super-mums have a real knack for getting things done. From eating better and keeping fitter, to feeling good and tracking time, these mamas help other mamas feel like they have more hours in the day – hurray!
Their tips are top of the line, and they advise using S.M.A.R.T objectives (nope, our previous ones were not quite smart enough…) – shifting those vague fantasy goals into specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely REALITIES (woohoo). They make it far more likely for our goals to last (and to get those toned legs by (next) summer!).
