Describe your perfect Friday in Dubai
Friday tends to be a work day for me since I have most of my business outside of the UAE. I try to get most work done in the morning and then in the afternoon around 4 we love a little Beach session and a Salt burger 😉
Most beautiful spot in/around the city
Something that I have always been drawn to in the desert or desert areas is that whitish pink light at sundown. It is magical! Even when I left the middle east and west to far east asia for nearly 10 years I was still reminiscing about the LIGHT. I truly love it.
Something on your bucket list that you haven’t yet got round to doing
Safari in Botswana. I WILL do it one day! But in Dubai, I would like to try a desert camping trip as I have never done it.

Favourite restaurants
I love Coya but for something slightly more casual I really really love going to Comptoir for their juices, Tom & Serg for their coffee and great play area, Black Tap for their burgers, Salt for the same (did you figure out I like hamburgers ;), Tashas for their barley salad (perfection)
