Which little girl doesn’t want to be a mermaid?! Nope, we can’t think of one either. So what if we tell you that Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is going make those dreams of becoming Ariel come true?
Treat your kiddies to an underwater fairytale where they can enjoy a special Mermaid Show every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (4pm, 6pm and 8pm) – and we’re talking ‘real’ mermaids swimming about in the Aquarium’s beautiful fish-filled tanks. Magical (and free!). Want to take it to the next level? Well, there’s also the chance to interact with the mermaids with a special Meet & Greet where they can take a picture with their favourites (Instagram opp?!). And then there’s the Mermaid Transformation experience with mermaid makeup, a mermaid costume dress-up session and dreamy mermaid hairstyling. Your little girls will even get to take home an enchanted hair accessory and souvenir photo to remember their time as a mermaid! AMAZING! Oh, to be little again…
If you haven’t visited the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo already (come on, mama!), it is an integral part of The Dubai Mall’s diverse entertainment portfolio, with an interactive approach to educating guests of all ages on the ecology and sustainability of marine life. So, this event is more than just transforming our girls into a sassy mermaid (which, of course, is a fab experience) but also an educational one to learn more about the ocean!

How much:
Mermaid show – free if you buy Researcher Experience for the time of the show
Mermaid meet-and-greet – AED 150 per person, including a photo opportunity
Mermaid Makeover Experience – AED 200 per person, including a 45-minute makeover, souvenir hair accessory and photo opportunity.
