You probably know by now that we’re huge fans of Privilee here at Sassy. Dubai’s hottest members club includes access to some of Dubai’s best hotel beach clubs and pools (plus amazing discounts at spas, gyms, restaurants, bars – even brunches!) – and all at a much lower price than if you were to pay per visit, hooray! Simply sign up and pay per month or get a lower rate for an annual membership – most of the Privilee partner venues allow adults to bring up to 2 (and some 3) kiddos under the age of 15 free of charge too, it’s the perfect family option!

With temperatures soaring there’s no better place to cool off than in a chilled pool with drinks served right to your lounger – and add to that kids clubs (many of which are offered free of charge to Privilee members), water slides, shaded kids pools and splash areas and you’ve got the hotter months sorted!

Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club

Surrounded by polo fields, trees and stables, this little oasis in the desert is a haven of green and tranquility. The kids pool is entirely shaded, making it a perfect summer option, there’s a little playground just next to the water too – and the relaxed pool-side menu options are ideal for feeding hungry little kiddos (a plate of French fries under a sun umbrella is always a good idea…).

Habtoor Grand

One of Dubai’s most established properties, the Habtoor Grand is a fabulous option for families with young kids, not least because the water slides (albeit fairly basic) will keep them (and you!) amused for hours! And when you want a couple of hours off, the kiddos get free access to the kids club too.

Sofitel The Palm

With dedicated kids pools that are linked by a couple of water slides AND a really great kids club that’s free of use for Privilee members, Sofitel The Palm is a fabulous family friendly option. We especially love the gardens and winding waterways, a lovely escape from city life.

Waldorf Astoria Dubai

One of our very faves – if you can nab the loungers under the palm trees near the beach then you’re onto a winner, mamas! With shallow water that’s perfect for non-confident little swimmers plus a lovely grassy area for running about or spreading towels on, a kids club that’s free of charge for Privilee guests AND an ice-cream parlour right on the beach too, the Waldorf is always a winner.

The Westin Dubai & Le Meridien Mina Seyahi

With 5 pools, including a dedicated kiddie pool that’s completely shaded and a really long stretch of beach (if you’re staying past sunset – it’s hot out there!), what’s not to love!? Kids club here costs AED 50 per child for Privilee members but is lots of fun if you need a couple of hours to yourself, mama!
