Come experience the wonder of Masterminds at the Masterminds Celebration Carnival (Open House) with fun-filled activities for the whole family, including a petting zoo, giant bubble show, art workshops, acrobats, jugglers and more! The best bit? Sassy Mama readers who register for Masterminds Nursery on the day of the event will receive a complimentary place in the late club (which includes glee club, dancing, yoga, science lab and more) valued at AED 3,350 per term for the entire year – hooray!

Calling all sports loving families! This weekend is all about staying active and enjoy what each sports activity has to offer. The Kids DXB Sports Festival in Dubai (with completely free entry) is happening this Saturday with some of the best academies in Dubai coming together to give kids a taste of all kinds of sports. If you’ve got restless young ones at home who love to try something new and fun, look no further!

Here’s a chic weekend to look forward to! Whether you would like to pop down for the amazing Pik-Nik hamper and relax on your picnic blanket or enjoy a glass or two and have a BBQ from the food trucks and listen to live music from the amazing Josh McCartney, there’s something for everyone. Happy Hour will be running from 4-6pm and The Westin is also offering pool access for AED200 per adult and AED125 per child, so you can make the most of the day. Dubai Marina Street Festival (woohoo) is back with over 40 unique acts, for another exciting instalment of performers, food trucks, entertainers and free family fun! Spread across 2km of Dubai Marina Promenade, there’s something for everyone with food trucks, comedians, acrobats and over 500 shows across the 10-day festival – including some of the world’s best international street theatre talent and musicians performing for the festivals biggest year yet. The first weekend of the festival welcomes international performances from Singapore, Australia, UK, USA for an exciting start!

When: Thursday, 16 March to Saturday, 25 March (Thursdays 4:15pm to 10pm; Friday-Saturdays 3:15pm to 11pm; Sunday-Wednesdays 5pm to 9:15pm
