The Sound of Music
Considered by many to be the best-loved and most successful movie musical in history, The Sound of Music is an absolute family fave. Dubai Art Season
Art is in the air, mamas! For two whole months, our desert city will be enveloped in artistic and cultural activities, celebrating the talent and creativity of artists from all over the world – whilst still recognising Dubai’s growing importance in the global art scene. They are promising that this year is bigger and better so make sure you catch it! Showcasing the city’s artistic talent in synchrony with UAE’s 2016 “Year of Reading”, the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature is headlining the event. Time to check out all that cultural creativity!

Ripe Food and Craft Market
In case you hadn’t already heard, we are huge fans of Ripe, and their markets are always a dreamy day out. So why not make the most of the last days of not-crazy-hot weather and spend your Friday mornings picking fresh, organic, local fruits and veggies from their Ripe Organic Stall? As usual, the whole community is getting involved, with more than 100 local businesses, including the best foodies, artisans, designers, jewellers entertainers and musicians in town. The Ripe Market also has arts and crafts available, so this is a day the little ones can enjoy too!
