Hamleys: Get Creative Workshop
Let the littles join in for a full Hamleys Experience! The team is kitted out with plenty of colour (and glue) to let them go wild – drawing, colouring, sticking and painting their way around the store… From secret messages with Magic Pens, to mantlepiece-worthy masterpieces with the Rainbow Painter, we can’t wait to see what’s created! They EVEN get a chance to create their very own stickers! So what are you waiting for, mamas? Head on over and catch the demonstrations done by Hamleys’s Artists – these pros show us just how much fun you can have with arts and crafts.

Meet the Principal of Clarion School
With a gorgeous creative campus space, and a truly progressive learning style, we can’t wait for this new school to open in September! The curriculum strives to help students gain a lasting understanding (rather than a post-exam memory lapse) of all topics. Sound good? We think so. So if you’re looking for get a bit more of an inside scoop, then the chance to meet the Principal is the perfect time! Make sure you come with questions, mamas, because Dr. Kandace Williams, Clarion School Superintendent, will definitely have all the answers! She will be sharing her insights on a progressive curriculum: what it means, how it’s delivered, and ALL the long term benefits.

Mother’s Day at La Serre
We can never say “no” to food and family combo’s – and when it’s Mother’s Day, we have even more of a reason to celebrate! Join in the art sessions at La Serre with fine artist, Jessica Watson-Thorp. With all sorts of treats, we trust that we’ll be leaving happy and full! Plus, they even let the little one customise their very own chef’s hat! Too cute. Looking for a reason to spoil yourself? Simple: because you deserve it. We even hear that Bourjois Middle East will be there with a little surprise – HOORAY!

Hub Dot Event
The core of Hub Dot is to disrupt the way we network, regardless of whether we are women in business, at the school gate, in education, or in charity! By creating a space for open connections, they remove labels (no titles, no job description – yippee!) and replace them with 5 coloured Dots (queue the questions) – giving women the freedom to explore and start conversations that begin with ‘What’s your story?’ and not, ‘What do you do?’. Sounds like something every bustling city needs!

CoMUMity Monday with Mamas and Papas
What to expect when you’re expecting? Plenty. There is a lot of advice to sift through (plenty to amuse and confuse a mama), so we’re excited to simplify it all! Join Cecile De Scally, co-founder of Baby Senses, who promises to clear up those unanswered questions. The event begins with a healthy breakfast buffet, and the topics covered include everything, from Raising a Newborn, Travel, Sleep, and Preparing for the First Steps. Let’s get those questions answered!

BabySense Massage Morning
Don’t miss out on this (free!) mama and bub workshop! We all know how much we love a good massage (improving circulation and baby soft skin? We’re in!). We can only imagine the benefits it has on the tinies! Michelle Sweeney has been working with mums and babies for over a decade, so she definitely knows the tricks of the trade. Plus, since she’s lived in Dubai for the last 8 years, with three beautiful daughters of her own, we can trust that her advice is mama-approved!
