If you can’t quite get your head around cooking Christmas lunch from scratch but you also don’t want to hand the whole job over (yes, we know, we’re control freaks too) – The Ivy at Home is your best bet this year, offering par-cooked hampers with complete instructions for you to finish the meal off at home (in no more than 45 mins – perfect). If you haven’t heard, this fab resto is closing its doors in 2017 so there’s no better time than to experience its magic than now! Big family gatherings can be stressful, so why not let the chefs at Fairmont The Palm lighten the load? The culinary experts at Delicacy will prepare the perfect traditional meal, including turkey or Angus beef striploin if you’re not a fan of the bird to feed up to 12 people (and more – the portions are generous – ideal for a big Christmas group!), and a selection of delicious trimmings and festive desserts. Jones The Grocer Turkey Takeaway
Praised by many a mama-in-the-know as the ‘best turkey takeaway in Dubai’, Jones The Grocer have delicious festive options to choose from. Not sure you need all the trimmings (or want to give those bits a go yourself?) – then go for a Roasted Turkey stuffed with sage and apricot and without any extras. OR choose accompaniments including roast potatoes, roasted red onion and sausage wrapped in bacon, broccoli and cauliflower cheese and more (seriously, we want it all!).
