Chloe’s aim is to offer luxurious treatments at affordable prices in a hygienic and enjoyable setting and, boy, do they succeed! The staff here is friendly and make you feel extremely welcome, and there is an extensive range of manicure and pedicure treatments. Step in, sit back and relax while they take care of you and pamper, polish and preen those stresses away. Here’s where we’d probably throw in a joke about getting all dolled up, but we’ll spare you the puns. Scrolling through the DollHouse’s photos is enough to give us desperate nail envy, with tip top basics and innovative nail art that even more conservative mamas will die for (case in point: the ombre jewelled babies above). Aside from some slick tips, they also offer henna including a pretty swanky looking white option – yes please!

We’re not sure if we’d head here by ourselves, but we’re definitely up for a bit of mommy/daughter pampering time here. Our Sassy Mama Lou checked it out with her little girl and was definitely won over from start to finish. Start by throwing on an adorable Hello Kitty robe and choosing your fave colour from their amazing range of nail polishes (including a water based Snails range for kiddos that washes right off). It’s very difficult to single out just one aspect of Kozma and Kozma that we love. From the décor to the highly professional and friendly staff and to the services itself  – you feel like you’re in the home of some fabulous friend. The marvellous ambiance is complemented by the skilled staff who carry out all the treatments and mani-pedi options that you expect to find at high-end nail salons. Part of The Grooming Company (whose other beauty pit-stops include JetSet and 1847), this is a definite Sassy Mama fave, not least because the in-chair neck and shoulder massage is completely heavenly and the ladies make a mean latte complete with mini biccie to enjoy while your digits are being buffed and polished. Founded by uber Sassy Mama Negin Fattahi-Dasmal, there are 13 locations to choose from but the one we love most is at Palm Strip where 2 semi-private areas each seating 3 are the perfect place for some pampering and a catch-up girlie session with friends or visitors from out of town. The N. Bar team are always on the look out for the very best in the world of nails and offer verything from Essie to Shellac and Gelish plus lots more – and we just have to mention that they sell the cutest (and actually quite flattering) Hanky Panky lace thongs!

The clue’s in the name mamas, a visit here is like a visit to a spa – the lighting is soft, the chairs mega comfy and the staff totally attentive to your every need (we’ve been known to catch a few winks while getting a mani-pedi).
