DanceFit offers everything from Zumba, hip-hop, burlesque and belly dancing to swing, jive, two-step, salsa, the sultry rumba and the Argentine tango (the latter is a mixed class so drag your other-half along).
Bring your nanny or pre-book a spot with one of the DanceFit members of staff at the complimentary crèche which is visible from the studios (ideal for mamas who want to know that baby is happy and not having a monumental meltdown!) Older children can take part in special kids or teen fitness classes including Ballet, Hip-Hop and Latin Rhythms.
