Mountain Buggy Fitness has designed a programme that’ll help you get back to your pre-baby body, focusing on tightening your core, toning up your bums and tums and helping you get stronger (don’t we all need it after carrying our little ones all the time?). Run by their resident personal trainer Olivia Johnson, these hour long classes are a perfect way to exercise outdoors, meet new mamas and do it all with your little.
