We sort of like to think of My Gym as a Fitness First for kids (without the beefed up guys of course). They offer a ton of different programs for children aged 6 weeks (!) thru 10 years that help them develop physically and emotionally in a fun and friendly environment. Not only are they a good way to get your little ones moving but also a great meeting point for other mamas. My Gym has locations in over 30 countries (we have actually tried their classes in Hong Kong as well as Singapore too) and follows a proven concept around the globe. Although they are renowned for their baby gym classes, their classes for older kids are excellent and will get heart rates up and pumping. Free Wifi and a Nespresso coffee counter, what more could a mama ask for (while the little ones sweat it out).
Hosting a petit party and can’t face sticky fingers in your home, outsource it to one of the MyGyms!
There’s also Zumba for Mamas, MMA and a fab play space for the kids to chill out in after their workout. Every Sunday morning, they’ll even take your tots out on a fun field trip centered around fitness.
