Discover Your Light is designed to be a fun and inspirational day – filled with motivation and providing you with tools needed to create a rich and satisfying 2018.
Highlights: 21 wellbeing workshops for all ages, Free 30-min Mental Wellbeing Check-Ups, 3 interactive panel discussions, Personal Development stands and a Kids Zone for ages 5+ yrs with arts & crafts, live music and storytelling time (adult supervision required).
