One of our favourite breakfast and coffee place, Common Grounds is collaborating with The Warehouse Gym and will be hosting a complementary circuit training class for all this Friday, September 22.
Mamas, this will be a 45-minute HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class will be followed by a community breakfast. Thier aim is to solidify the relationship between both fitness and food in the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Perfect!
