Mamas, Talise Spa, Madinat Jumeirah in partnership with XYoga Dubai and Dubai Holding is back with its next FREE Full Moon Yoga event on Thursday, 1 February, 2018.
Experience an evening under the stars enjoying a 90-minute full moon yoga session which will include traditional Indian hatha-style yoga which includes poses, breath work and yoga nidra. It starts at 7.30 pm, with one hour of yoga session followed by 30 minutes of meditation under the backdrop of the Burj Al Arab. Session open to all levels and ages.
