Head over to INKED from 10-15 October where you’ll find the Cooks of Tawlet hosting a series of dinners, brunches and workshops and telling their stories with recipes from the South, the North and from Armenia, all freshly prepared in INKED’s kitchens. A generous offering of familiar Lebanese favourites will be served in a buffet of salads, appetizers, tabkhats and delicious desserts.
If you wonder what Tawlet is all about, it’s a “mom’s kitchen and table” concept that tells a story about Lebanon, of a land, of people, of their roots and origins, through the one expression that travels through time and space: FOOD. Get ready for a food journey like no other in this exciting collaboration!
