KidZania, the unique ‘edutainment’ attraction in The Dubai Mall, is inviting mamas and littles to discover their inner ‘yogis’ and ‘yoginis’. Running from 12 noon to 5 pm, there are classes that cater to all ages (and abilities – phew!). With Mum & Baby Yoga, Young Kids Yoga (for 2 to 5 year olds), and a Kids Yoga Class (for 5+ year olds), we can’t wait to get involved.
These experts believes it’s never too early to introduce children to the benefits of yoga. Enhanced flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness? Sounds good to us! We all know that yoga can promote increased concentration a sense of calmness and relaxation – and we also know how much our littles are in need of some calm time.
