As part of the Anantara Gourmet Festival, they’re bringing over the talented Australian Chef Mark Olive for a flair of indigenous cuisine from down under as well as some great aboriginal performances by Phil Walley Stack. With an Aussie wine tasting with cheese followed by a BBQ (or barbie, if we’re being more precise), you’ll be sated and happy as the didgeridoo sounds off in the background
