Yoga Jo classes start at Mini Monsters on Monday, 11 January, and running every Monday from 10.30am to 11.30am.
Suitable for kids aged 2-4, the classes will embark on a magical journey: teaching the tots to learn how to move their body into animals, plants, and all moving energy. Little ones will have fun singing, dancing, colouring and creating magical movements!
The price is Dhs75 per child or Dhs450 for 6 classes! You and the tots will be practicing yoga together in no time!
