The holidays are coming up, mamas – so what do you have planned to entertain your broods? From splashing down slides, to scoring goals, to getting creative, we’ve rounded up a few of the city’s best Spring Camp offerings to keep little ones of all ages busy while school is out!

Bright Sparks Spring Camp Feature

Bright Sparks ‘Little Sparks Workshop’ Spring Camp

Bright Sparks is a brilliant British Curriculum preschool located in a beautifully decorated villa with a super cosy feel, on a quiet neighbourhood street in Al Barsha South –  and offers a friendly environment for toddlers and kiddos who are ready to step out of the house and into the world. This little learning centre is all about offering holistic child development and focusing on so much more than the academics through activities including yoga, movement and a big focus on languages – hooray! So one thing’s for sure – Spring Camp here is going to be the bees knees, making sure that your petit people are looked after, encouraged and having oodles of fun in the most constructive way. And speaking of construction – this is in fact the theme of their unique and exciting camp this year – a brains-on, hands-on construction themed camp full of building, designing and creativity (basically all of the stuff that kids absolutely love) and using natural materials and resources. There’ll also be arts, movement, play and the opportunity for expelling plenty of energy (perfect for guaranteeing a good night’s sleep!) and fuelling little imaginations. Emerald City Spring Camp Feature

Emerald City Nursery Spring Camp

You may have heard us raving about Emerald City Nursery – a leading preschool in Jumeirah that caters to the needs of littles from the age of 2 months to 4 years in a space that feels much like a cozy boutique – with dedicated dining rooms, a computer learning centre, an outdoor performing arts space, rock-climbing wall and organic vegetable garden – they really do provide the full package! Well, this awesome little nursery is now offering 2 weeks of camp over Spring Break – including exciting adventures for kids combined with learning and achieving (disguised as fun and games!) in a safe and professional nursery environment that offers a holistic home-from-home. The ethos here is to provide kids with an organic and free-range early childhood that supports every little person with whatever love and encouragement they need to thrive – in surroundings that are eco-friendly and perfect for growing kiddos. Prefer your little ones to have a balanced meal rather than a sandwich lunch? Not a problem – Emerald City will continue to provide breakfast and lunch during the Spring Camp, offering mostly organic meals from the Dubai Organic Foods and Cafe. Yum.
