MyGym Opens A New Barsha Branch

You’re never too young to start leading a healthy lifestyle mamas, so why not take your tots to one of MyGym’s fun fitness classes? This American import to the city of gold isn’t your standard gym, it’s a completely child-oriented fitness centre! With a sparkling new Barsha branch recently opened, each of their age appropriate classes (for tots aged 6 months to 10 years old) is jam packed with mini workouts cunningly disguised as entertaining activities.

As with My Gym’s other 200 branches worldwide, at their new Barsha location you can expect the same programmes that develop your kiddos’ overall health, self-confidence and social skills. Even the most reserved littlies will be happy to join in one of these fun classes, designed to aid their balance, tumbling, strength and agility; older kids can even bust a move at zumba/hip hop classes or unleash their inner karate kid at mixed martial arts. Don’t worry about missing sign up deadlines mamas, your young ones can join whenever they’d like! There’s stuff to keep your children occupied after class too, like an awesome Jungle Gym for over 1 year olds open to everybody (non-members included) for just AED 50 per hour for non members and Aed 40/hour for members. Socks on please…

With the Barsha gym located right next to Lulu supermarket, mamas can sneak off to grab groceries while the kiddos get their workout on (and the covered parking areas are practically heaven sent when juggling kids/shopping and all the stuff that comes with both in the Dubai heat.) And… if you’re planning ahead for a birthday party, this is the party venue to beat – the gym becomes an exclusive funhouse at weekends just for the birthday boy/girl. And no one else is allowed in the facility, awesome.
