One of the things that we miss in Dubai during the hot summer months is bingeing on all our favourite street/truck food. Just when we thought this year wouldn’t be any different, we were pleased to hear all about Hangry Hangar making a comeback at the Warehouse and Truckers Summer Warehouse at World Trade Centre. Here’s why you should head over to each and get your street food fix and a whole lot more this summer.
What we love about Hangry Hangar
Food, Music and all week long kids activities for our littles. If like us, mama you are looking for a place to get work done with good food and keep your kids occupied all at the same time then this where you camp at this summer. It’s got a cool co-working space vibe to it and loads of activities for your littles and live music on weekends.
Some concepts include Foodsters Inc. and bring brands such as The Shebi (an Indian-Lebanese fusion concept) and Shmokins
Hooked, the first Taiwanese Bao bun concept to hit the streets of Dubai will be dishing out some amazing Bao’s that you just cannot give a miss!
Pop Café, a fun, and funky new coffee and dessert concept, is just what you need to tick off the caffeine and sugar cravings for the day.
Street food isn’t complete without burgers and pizza and WokiNaki Food trucks will be serving some of the most amazing burgers and loaded fries in town! and Pinza, a brand that needs no introduction, is in a class of its own. It is the modern foodie’s answer to a wholesome and ridiculously delicious hand-kneaded crust pizzas.

The Truckers Summer Warehouse
Truckers DXB your favourite haunt during cooler months is now part of this year’s Dubai Summer Surprises, and proving to be one of the coolest hangouts this season. All the best homegrown food trucks will be part of Summer Warehouse offering fusion cuisines and authentic street food from all around the world.
Set up in the Signature industrial style of Truckers DXB, mamas can expect themed nights featuring video games, a retro arcade, a Netflix zone, virtual reality activations, live music performances by talented artists, cooking classes, and an artisan market. In addition, families of all ages can enjoy carnival games, a mechanical bull ride, jugglers, hula-hoops, face painting, and much more.
Join them for an evening of fun, food, and entertainment every Wednesday through Saturday until 2nd September, from 4pm to 11pm with an entry fee of AED 10 per person. Kids below 12 years old can enter for free.
