The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show

The classic story is now appearing onstage, conveyed through an adorable cast of puppets who will faithfully enact four of Carle’s stories: The Artist Who Painted a Blue Horse, Mister Seahorse, The Very Lonely Firefly and of course, the star of the show – The Very Hungry Caterpillar. The performance is sure to delight everyone from the littlies to those still young at heart!

When: Friday, 13 January (1pm, 3:30pm, 5:30pm), Saturday 14 January – Sunday, 15 January (11 am, 2 pm, 4 pm)

Cairo Sound Music Festival

If you’re looking for a not-so-ordinary family night out, then this unique concert will make your weekend an unforgettable one! Head over to Cairo Sound Music Festival to hear popular Egyptian performers playing jazz, reggae, rock and house in their distinctive traditional style (not something you get to listen to every day!). The festival is the initiative of Hi Wave Events, which aims to introduce modern Egyptian culture to the world to foster creativity – here’s to cultural diversity and love for music!

Charity Family Picnic Brunch

Haven’t got plans for the weekend? Well, now you do! Our friends at Red Crescent are hosting a fun filled family brunch, where families can also enjoy scrumptious treats from the live cooking stations and a dessert buffet prepared by the talented chefs of InterContinental. All proceeds will go to support the wonderful work done by Emirates Red Crescent and other children-centred projects. Every family will receive a delicious gourmet hamper filled with goodies and a picnic mat too – here’s to a relaxing (and meaningful) weekend!

Super Kids & Dubai Cares Charity Family Day

The annual Charity Family Day for Dubai Cares is back and better than ever. Bring the kiddies over to enjoy fun activities and be part of a multicultural environment for a good cause! The kids can enjoy face-painting, fun science experiments (and much more), whilst we enjoy exciting raffle draws and lots of food and beverage! The raffle prizes sponsored include overnight stays & meal vouchers from hotels across the UAE, rounds of golf, hampers, spa vouchers and more. You don’t want to miss out mamas!

Family Street Market

Located next to Stefano’s Restaurant on Dubai Marina Walk, the open air street market makes the perfect place to hunt for anything and everything, from unique jewellery, arts & crafts, clothes, to flowers, home decor and handmade items. This weekend will be packed with fun-filled family entertainment with all things kiddies love: clowns, henna, pop-corn, candyfloss and more!

Carnival at Milestones Nursery
