Mitsubishi Horse and Hound Show
Calling all animal lovers in the fam! Spend time outdoors on the grounds of the Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club this weekend for a variety of shows and competitions like gymkhana games, fancy dress, tack and turnout and jumping contests for both horse and dog owners to participate in. Even families who just want to watch the entertainment will enjoy the atmosphere. Expect food trucks will be in the picnic area and fun play zone for kids, free pony rides (woohoo), and find fun things to do in the shopping village.

Children ‘Playing With The Line’ Painting Workshop
Artist Kathleen Sulit will teach the kiddos aged four to 12 how to get creative with lines, lines that wiggle, lines that bend, lines that move from end to end. Line is an important element of art so let your little Picasso unleash their creativity and learn how to take a simple line and use it to make their very own unique artwork. All skill-levels are welcome so join the fun!

GO VINTAGE Festival
If you’re a vintage lover like we are, then this family-friendly vintage festival is THE one to visit. Check out the exclusive display of vintage cars from the 50s, find retro fashion, crafts and décor at the Vintage Market, enjoy live performances from the Rockabilly, Jazz, Rock & Roll genres and even watch movies and cartoons from back in the day at the Beach Side Retro Cinema (vintage wins). Little ones will have plenty to engage in while adults can try swing dancing. Go hungry as delicious F&B options can be enjoyed at the Escobar Lounge and Food trucks.

Global Village 2016-2017
The last week of Global Village is here – and you know what that means… mega sales on everything! The largest seasonal cultural extravaganza in the region offers visitors an amazing array of festivals, shopping and entertainment in an open-air theme park. Al Marmoom Heritage Festival 2017
If you have never been to a camel race before, saddle up for a fun day out for the whole family, mama. This action-packed event is one of the highlights of professional camel racing across the region and attracts many highly trained participants, all competing for coveted titles and high-end prizes. The tournament is a great way to experience this longstanding Emirati pastime with cultural and traditional shows dotted around the camel races.
