Mango Mania at Markette
Calls for mango lovers (well, who isn’t?)! If there’s anything we can agree on, there’s nothing as flawless and diverse as the taste of mangoes. To celebrate the season, Markette brings back their Mango festival menu – with an array of irresistible appetising and creamy dishes! From soulful beverages like Mango Lassi, Mango Shake and Mango Mojito, to decadent sweet treats such as Mango Crepes and Mango Mousse, there’s everything on their menu to help you and the fam beat this sweltering summer heat.

The Jungle Book Experience
The kids’ all-time favourite story – The Jungle Book, is coming to life for you and your little ones at CITY WALK this summer! What can you expect? LOTS! From trekking across a rickety rope bridge, swinging through a maze of hanging vines, to witnessing the view from Bhageera’s rock climb and an encounter with a live monkey, the kiddies will have the best time with their favourite Jungle Book characters. The littles can bring home a memory of their Jungle Book experience with a pre-historic selfie stand and life size cut out of their beloved characters.

Argy Bhaji Monday Curry Nights
If the thought of curry already makes your mouth water (or is it just us?), the you will be pleased to know that the award winning restaurant, The Scene, is introducing ‘Argy Bhaji’ Monday curry nights (we could smell the curry already mmm…) with a fab menu! If traditional curry dishes is your thing, their ‘Chicken Tikka Masala’ or a Brick lane style ‘Lamb Rogan josh’ will sure satisfy your spicy palate. Expect a spice journey with their our spicy pots, which are served with a cheeky ‘half and half’ for carb lovers (rice and chips) and crispy popadoms (hands up). Looking for family eat out spots? Il Circo, The Whimsical Act
If you’re not planning to travel anywhere this summer, the desert city has a lot in store to bring over different cultures to you. Take the kiddies to Mercato Mall for stunning events (and fab shopping deals) like the Il Circo Italian circus act! This contemporary Italian circus will become your gateway into a surreal world where whimsical characters will sure keep the kiddos in awe. Experience European choreographed performances at their finest – you wouldn’t want to miss this!

Trash Pack
We know teaching the kiddies about the environment is essential, mama, but sometimes the job is better done in a fun, interactive way! Here’s the good news: Dragon Mart 2 is hosting a live show that will edutain the littles about the importance of preserving our environment! Trash Pack will be bringing the littles to a world dedicated to recycling and environmental issues. The show ‘S’not Your House’ features four vibrant characters and a host who will encourage the young ones to interact and take part in dancing and singing. Games, competitions and prizes – what more could you ask for?
