When you visit Arabian Ranches and the newer developments, all of the communal pools have chillers which are vital for those trying to beat the summer heat. There are many compound dwellers who have a pool that they really enjoy for much of the year but for whom these pools are like hot baths when you really need them most. There are still a few very hot months of this year left so whether you’re looking to move soon or if you know that next summer you’ll need to keep your kids busy and comfortable during the summer, a spot of cool swimming might just take some of the pressure off!
Firstly in Al Manara there is this smart compound where the villas have four bedrooms upstairs and a lovely open plan format downstairs. This is a super family villa and in great condition.
