The school holidays are coming up, mamas, so what do you have planned to entertain your broods? From splashing down slides, to scoring goals, to getting creative, we’ve rounded up a few of the city’s best Spring Camp offerings to keep little ones of all ages busy while school is out!

Did you know the Grand Hyatt Dubai is hosting Spring Camps for your little ones? Young adventurers aged five – 12 years will be spoilt for choice by the activities on offer – from interactive games and arts and crafts to cooking activities and outdoor sports including basketball, football and cricket. Let them dip into the fun outdoor pool for water activities and explore the enchanting gardens through nature excursions. Can we admit we’re a little bit jealous that they’ll get to enjoy the surroundings of a five-star hotel during the school holidays?! Maybe we’ll just have to book in for some spa time…

How much: Enjoy a whole week of camp for AED1,000 per child or AED300 per child per day, with special discounts available for early bookers and siblings.

Designed specifically for kids between the ages of 5 and 15, this all-in-one Spring Camp has a huge heap of activities to keep them (learning and…) busy. There’s everything from cooking classes and air hockey to role play, gymnastics and lots more to fill a fun-packed schedule every day – literally something for every kid!
When: Sunday, 26 March – Thursday, 30 March and Sunday, 2 April to Thursday, 6 April (8am-2pm)

If your little ones were born for the stage, the DUCTAC Spring Stage Workshop will give them their moment in the spotlight! The camp members will have their minds and bodies moving with a busy week of acting, dancing, singing, script writing and much more, before coming together to perform a showcase to proud parents at the end of the week. We’re expecting such a cuteness overload, we’re coming stocked with tissues!

Your kiddos need to burn off some energy while school’s out and we know just the place for them to do it! This Multi Sport Camp at Elite Sports Academy will expose children aged 4 to 14 years old to as many different sports as possible (think football, basketball, cricket, dodgeball, hockey and many more). That’s the energy part taken care of – but this spring camp offers so much more as each activity is geared towards developing their technical ability whilst also improving their team play, attitude and even socialising skills. Fab! Can mamas join too?

If you’ve got kids with tonnes of energy to burn, you’ll be on the right track booking this fun packed spring camp that centres around sport. Designed for kids aged 4 to 14, this 2-week camp at ISM Sports includes a variety of sports plus plenty of other adrenaline-filled activities that will keep the kiddies active. In fact, we doubt they’ll want to leave the fun behind and head home at pick-up time – and can almost promise they’ll sleep sooooo well at the end of each day!
When: Week 1 – Monday, 26 March to Thursday, 30 March; Week 2 – Sunday 2 April to Thursday, 6 April

Got a little artist at home? From Picasso to Van Gogh, this art-themed Spring Camp is influenced by modern masters – a first for Dubai’s early learning scene! The Mini Masters Art Camp at Inspire Nursery, Dubai will immerse little learners in the world of beautiful, inspiring, acclaimed art from around the globe. Designed specially for children aged 3 months to 4 years, Inspire’s award-winning early years education team will use unique age-appropriate techniques, artistic prompts and tools for children to explore their own artistic expression in the style of master artists like Jackson Pollock, Vincent Van Gogh, Andy Warhol, Takashi Murakami and Pablo Picasso. From exploring art in nature to creating their very own fashion accessories – let your kiddies’ creativity go wild and expect a few gorgeous works of art to come home at the end of each day.

Award-winning kiddie play area Kids HQ is offering a Spring Camp that’ll let your little ones explore the world through themed activities that’ll take them under the sea, into the depths of the jungle, onto the farm and beyond. With arts and crafts to science, circle time to gym, games – plus an awesome soft-play area and lots more, we suspect even the bounciest of littles will be in need of a rest after! Good night’s sleep guaranteed!

Looking for a spring camp where learning, adventure and fun come together? Kings’ Schools and Ecoventure are joining forces to provide exciting holiday camps at the all three of the Kings’ schools – yay! Choose from the 3 programmes they offer: the popular Multi Activity Camp that includes climbing, kayaking, pool games, archery, fun science, performing arts and more (running at all Kings’ Schools), Sports Camp for the active ones aged age 8 and above (Kings’ Al Barsha only) and Lego Robotics for builders and programmers aged age 7 and above. Got a water baby, mama? Grab their swimming costume and head to Splash ‘n’ Party in Al Safa 2, as one of the most exciting party venues in Dubai is opening up every day during the coming holidays for an exciting Spring Camp! Along with lots of the playtime in the shallow splash play area, there’ll be over 12 activities including Yogalates, Zumba, Science Lab and Boot Camp (err, really?!) to keep kids occupied and entertained.

If putting on a performance is what your kids are into (aren’t they all?!) then you need to know about Step Up Academy, mamas! Their Spring Camp is open to kiddies aged 4 to 16 years old, offering a wide variety of activities including egg hunts, karate, confidence building activities, team building games and exercises and – of course – lots of musical theatre and an end of camp performance! With creative teaching by qualified instructors, your kids will develop social skills, co-ordination, performance skills, flexibility and rhythm while school is out! Yay!
